Unlimited use

You may use a valid pass as often as the offers in the Haarlem City Pass booklet are listed. Discounts and extras are offered per visit.

Number of persons

Four people [together] can use a pass for the offers at the same time.

Validity

The offers from the Haarlem City Pass booklet are issued only to pass-holders with a valid card.

Use of the pass

You must show your pass ahead of time, when placing your dinner order and also when making a hotel reservation, since this facilitaties the administrative process.

Exceptional conditions

The offers cannot be combined with other special offers, dinner coupons and credit card payments. Please inquire in advance about this.

Loss or theft pass

In case of loss or theft, duplicate passes will not be issued.

Liability

The Haarlem City Pass is not lilable for damages or costs arising from the lack of or insufficient supply of a service or product.
